Operations Management Trainee

Description

• Entry level position for store management
• Will assist the store manager and assistant store manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
• Responsibilities include handling crew or staff, dealing with customer complaints and concerns, and ensuring quality of food, service, and cleanliness of the store

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree (4-5 year course) preferably, but not limited to Food Technology or Nutrition or Dietetics, Business Administration or Management or Studies, Food and Beverage Services Management or Hotel and Restaurant Management
• Applicants must be a resident or living near Pasig 
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fresh graduates and entry level applicants are encourage to apply
• No experience required
