Corporate Executive Search Inc. was founded by Vicente “Vic” C. Abella who sits as Chairman of the Board. Vic is one of the pioneers of Human Resources Management in the Philippines. Current President Grace Abella-Zata continues the tradition of active participation and leadership in the HR and business community. This immersion in people management issues has allowed the management team to develop a deeper appreciation of the changing needs of business and to craft philosophies and service features that address the most important needs of customers, candidates and employees. Vic and Grace are supported by a formidable team of seasoned executives and consultants with experience in both the industry and on the client side.
